1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the Swift Lease platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

3. Property Listings: Swift Lease provides property listings for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the availability of constant pricing, of property details. Users are encouraged to verify information independently.

4. Rental and Purchase Transactions: Transactions facilitated through Swift Lease are subject to the terms agreed upon by the property owner/seller and the customer.

5. User Conduct: Users agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt the platform or violate applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized access, data mining, or any action that imposes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.

6. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. By using Swift Lease, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

7. Termination of Account: Swift Lease reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the platform, and Swift Lease may delete your account and any associated information.
